The Property Development department supports TTSPH, Ela Motors and Asco Motors with project development planning and implementation for all properties under control of TTSPH and its subsidiaries. 
Each project including new, refurbishments or maintenance projects is carefully planned and designed in accordance with all facility guidelines and standards.
The property development lifecycle depends on the type of development required to suit organisational needs. All property projects are delivered in through a standard procedure from project inception through to completion and handover to the business.
