The TTSPH Parts Group is broken into two sub categories, these are as follows:


BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT (BD):

Business Development's function at TTSPH is to provide ongoing assistance, support and direction for the Parts and Tyre & Battery operations within the TTSPH Group. As a member of the TTSPH Head Office, in addition to the support provided to the TTSPH group operation, the team supports other Toyota Distributors in the South Pacific countries namely New Caledonia, Tahiti, Cook Islands, Kiribati and Norfolk Island.

The key focus of the department is centred on:

  • Customer Satisfaction
  • Daily and Stock Order processing
  • Inventory Profiles
  • Stock In Months optimisation
  • Allocation Fill Rate monitoring and improvement
  • Storage Kaizen implementation and maintenance
  • Staff Training
  • Management Training
  • Annual Budget Setting
  • Best Practice Operating Procedures


LOGISTICS AND DISTRIBUTION (L&D):

The Logistics and Distribution arm of TTSPH manages order processing and distribution of automotive parts to Toyota South Pacific Distributors as well as shipping and distribution of various non parts product required including but not limited to; tools, equipment and other general product.

Via an integrated network from website ordering to in house database systems, all orders and cargo movements are managed electronically through all processes of supply route ensuring effective supply chain management to support the distributors, dealers and ultimately the end user; the customer.

JIT (Just in time) procedures employed in our supply chain procedures ensure that distributors parts orders are based on the ‘Sell one, buy one’ concept which ensures a high service rate of supply.
