Toyota Tsusho South Pacific Holdings Pty Ltd (TTSPH) is 100% owned by Toyota Tsusho Corporation (TTC) and is the headquarters for the South Pacific automotive division.
We control operations for Toyota distributors and retailers in 7 countries and support the distribution of Toyota vehicles and parts to other independent distributors in the region.
In addition to the Toyota business, we are engaged in Hino, Daihatsu and Yamaha distributorships for some countries and other automotive related businesses, such as used vehicles, car rental and petrol stations to enhance the value of our business in the South Pacific.
In 1992, TTC embarked on a Joint Venture with Burns Philp and then in 1998, TTC took up the option to purchase the remaining Burns Philp share of the business. From this transaction, Toyota Tsusho South Pacific Holdings Pty Ltd (TTSPH) was born. TTSPH is the majority shareholder of all subsidiaries and takes a managing interest in each operation.
Through the combined efforts of Toyota Tsusho Corporation and Toyota Motor Corporation, we have worked together to become the leading automotive company in the region, complying with global standards. Our efforts in this regard are ongoing and receive our constant attention.
