12 x Land Cruisers were the first Toyota vehicles delivered to PNG.
A Toyota Crown was the first vehicle delivered to Samoa.

Ela Motors becomes the authorised Toyota Distributor in PNG.
First shipment of Toyota vehicles to Fiji - the Toyota Tiara.

80 Toyota units were shipped to Samoa including the FA Truck, Crown, Corona and Stout. FA Trucks are still used as Public buses in Samoa today.

Over 1,000 units shipped to TTSPH countries since brand introduction.

1966
PNG – Ela Motors showroom and service centre open for business at the current site at Badili.
1968
Asco Motors Tonga opens its first branch in Nuku’alofa.

Asco Motors American Samoa opens a branch at Pago Pago.

Fiji - Record number of sales of Toyota vehicles achieved - 1,634 units.
1987
Asco Motors Vanuatu Port Vila facility is burnt down.
1992
The Brisbane Headquarters open after establishing a joint venture between Burns Philp and Toyota Tsusho Corporation Japan. BPT held 75% ownership and TTC held 25%.
1993
TTC took its option to increase its shareholding of the company to 50%.
1998
In November, TTC purchased the remaining 50% of the company from Burns Philp. As a result, the company changed its name to Toyota Tsusho South Pacific Holdings Pty Ltd (TTSPH).
1999
In American Samoa the Pago Pago branch was refurbished.
2002
TTSPH moves to its current location at 189 Coronation Dr, Milton, Queensland.
2003
TTSPH celebrates 40 years of service throughout the South Pacific.
2005
Group Toyota sales pass the 3,000 unit mark for the year.
2006
Ela Motors, PNG refurbish their main showroom at Badili in Port Moresby
