The TTSPH Aftersales Department provide valuable support and assistance to ensure efficient operation of parts and service delivery throughout the TTSPH Group. The TTSPH aftersales team specialises in the following areas.

 Retail Business Development

The department provides on going assistance support and direction for the parts, service, tyres & battery operations throughout the TTSPH distributor group.The team also supports other Toyota distributors outside of the TTSPH group countries. Namely New Caledonia, Tahiti, Cook Islands, Kiribati and Norfolk Island.

  Logistics and Distribution (L&D)  

The Parts Logistics department manages order processing and distribution of Toyota, Daihatsu, TJM, Advanti Wheels and Minecorp products to Distributors as well as shipping and distribution of various non parts product including but not limited to; tools, equipment and other general product.

Via an integrated network from website ordering to in house database systems, all orders and cargo movements are managed electronically through all processes of supply route ensuring effective supply chain management to support the distributors, dealers and ultimately the end user; the customer.
